Learning is not what you know now.
I love clever language with multiple levels of meaning. Example: Marshall Thurber says, 'You can tell where somebody's at by where they're at.'
Admittedly, I'm proud of this little gem that came to me just a few days ago.
Learning is discovery, exploration, & creativity. Learning is necessarily new and relates to the known only by contrast and comparison. So learning is definitely new content.
Learning is also new context. How you learn, and what you think learning is, is just as interesting, and critical, to new understanding. Giving up what you think you know about how you think and discover is the clearing for new learning.
"I Know That" is possibly the most constraining and limiting thought you can have.
Learning is creating newly in every moment both what you know, and what you don't know.
Learning is not what you know now.
